WHO CAN ATTEND

  • You are welcome to attend if you have been FULLY vaccinated (both doses) by July 15th.

  • Children are welcome.

  • Club members in good standing are invited to enjoy a free lunch.

  • Non-members and guests who have pre-registered may also enjoy lunch at a cost of $8.00 per person. Children under 12 years are free.

  • Those who sign up membership of the Club (to end December 2021) for $15.00 on arrival/registration, will have the same privilege as current members i.e. a no-cost lunch.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Your own snacks, dessert items and drinks. You may, if you so wish, share these with friends and family.

  • Face masks/gloves. These are not mandatory as we will be in the open air, but if you are more comfortable doing so, please wear your face mask, use disposable gloves and observe social distancing.

  • Hand sanitizers (we will also have this available in case you forget to bring your own)

  • Your own disposable paper napkins, plastic cutlery, plates and glasses.
  • Hats and sun shades, lawn umbrellas, sun block lotions, swim wear and towels (if the kids want to splash in the nearby water fountains), and comfortable sandals or shoes.

  • Folding chairs and light TV style folding tables (bring a few extras if possible - we'd be very grateful!)
  • Games for all ages - badminton racquets and shuttlecocks, frisbees, playing cards and if you have any other interesting board games do bring them along.  We'll have a carrom board for those who would like to try their skills at shooting the "coys" into the pockets.  Time permitting, we'll have bingo rounds and fun competitions!
  • If there are any guitar, mouth harmonica, ukelele players, we'd love to have you accompany a sing-along. We'll try to get a portable CD player, so do bring favourite CDs or cassettes for everyone to enjoy.

Please let Freda know if you are coming (with kids' names and ages please) as well as names of your invited guests PRIOR to July 26th by sending her an email at fredadsouza@hotmail.com

We look forward to catching up with you in person!
